Here's a solution for you UB,
move from your cozy New York address out west to Washington state to keep Mogzy company ...

You can take turns shoveling snow with him.

I'm beginning to think we may have the last anthropogenic climate change denier in existence here and he should be carefully guarded so as to be studied more closely.

For the record I'm not a *"climate change denier"*, I'm a *climate change cause denier* ...
millions of years ago there was an interior seaway from the Gulf of Mexico up to north of Alaska into the Arctic and into the Hudson Bay:

Who caused that, the Vikings?

OK, here's some numbers that show quite conclusively that global warming is human caused and statistically extremely unlikely to be natural cycles alone. Nearly impossible.

The numbers are in.

Aside from not being able to get your link to load, I'm sure 50 million eastern Americans digging out from 3 feet of snow past few days care about *"global warming numbers"* including yours truly.

I find it interesting that whenever I put in a link to something quite conclusive you mysteriously can't get to it even though everyone else on earth can. Using Netscape or something?

As we (except you) have all stated before, local conditions mean nothing, last year was the hottest on record worldwide and the last 15 years have seen the 14 hottest years on record. The chances of that being part of a long earth cycle are next to nothing, as the article you can't get to proves. You really need to understand this part about science. Local anecdotal information is useless and invalidates your entire argument.

Do you know what a tiny percentage of educated people believe what you do at this point? Hardly any. No un-bought climate scientist thinks so. Oh well, it really doesn't matter what you yourself think as long as you can never convince anyone intelligent to go along with your medieval thought processes and change policy.

Well I finally got your link to load and all I can say is *"bah humbug"* ...
so the Chinese are polluting with coal probably on purpose to hold back the cold from Siberia ...

Also interestingly our western fires are not quite as bad as they were a few years back for several years ...
guess not as many people trying to burn down houses they can't afford

Or maybe not as many global warmers trying to get their numbers to work.

Get it through your head if you're able Einstein, the oceans are steadily getting cooler because the heat inside of them causes evaporation and that evaporation turns to snow when it hits 32 degrees F ...

that's the trend ...
not your BS.

It may take 100 years which you're willing to wait for the opposite, but I still say a mini ice age is more likely than your desire for our government to spend $trillions.

PS:
We better spend some of those $billions getting to the planets recently discovered less than 10 light years away because if an asteroid hits us like the one they say killed the dinosaurs or if we get zapped by a neutron star, we won't have to worry about global warming numbers anymore.

The only thing I agree with you there is about colonizing other planets since putting all of one's eggs in one basket is foolish.

Dear Taurus Rex,
I'm not going to continue with our global warming argument. It's pointless. You are like a flat earther and won't pay attention to what actual scientists say, you never concede any point whatsoever and it's about as much fun as gnawing off my own leg to get out of a bear trap in the snow. You are really, really wrong but I can't continue to try to make you see that some other people on earth actually know a lot more about this than you do and the consensus among virtually every scientist and certainly every climate scientist is that this is human caused. There is copious proof if you ever pull your head out and read it.

I won't ever respond to any more of your poking and prodding about this issue. I know I'm in the right and have proof and you are in the wrong and have nothing at all. It's a waste of my valuable life to keep playing around with you.

So, the end.

Good night, Mrs. Calabash, wherever you are.

Bet you can't guess who I want for our next President here in the USA. Go ahead, give it a try. I'll give you a hint: a sane person.

In spite of your possible opinion of him, in my humble opinion Trump is the only sane candidate running just for example his explanation of changing his mind, that is, flexibility.

As he questions, is a person supposed to continue doing the wrong thing when he realizes it's wrong?
All of the others apparently would continue doing the wrong thing I guess.

PS:
On Hillary it would be like giving a third term to Bill I guess which might be okay for the economy except we don't need any more radical immigrants in the USA imho.

How about the 200+ GIs that got killed under Reagan in the ME?
Is it because he's dead that the democrats don't use those deaths to rebut Benghazi?

PPS:
Don't tell me you like Bernie Mog ...
which one SNLs version?

The guy you don't want me to mention doesn't change his opinions for public acceptance like every single other candidate. he's been firm all his career and he's been on the right side of history every time, too.

Compare that with Trump who a few years back said "If I ran for President it would be as a Republican because they are so stupid." You support him? You're who he was talking about.

No Mog,
Trump wasn't *"talking about"* me because I'm a centrist ...
didn't I say something positive about Hillary?

If Biden ran, I would have voted for him I guess because I'm Catholic and he has more experience than all 6 candidates together.

PS:
Where does Bernie's socialism stop Mog?
My great nephew graduated from college to be an auto-mechanic and owes over $50000 for his education ...
Is it going to get paid for him?
How far back will they go with reimbursements?

There's no limit to the size of our indebtedness before our way of life gets dictated by it ...
capitalism may be hated by many except by those willing to work extra hours for nothing to establish themselves in business and self-employment.

I don't know where he stands on reimbursement but it would be a really good idea to forgive all the college debt owed to the government. It would free up a whole generation to forge ahead, build houses, educate their kids.

However, saying you think Trump is the sanest of the candidates shows that you are no centrist. That makes you hard right wing. Endorsing Hillary makes one moderately right wing. Sanders is left wing, but not radical left. He wants us to succeed as a people, not just a few at the top.

Biden would be decisively beaten by almost anyone. Nobody's religion is relevant, or should be relevant, to their ability to do the job. That would be unconstitutional and immoral.

Mog,
you may not be a republican, but you sure fit the opinion of them that you say he has.
Trump at least says he'll leave social security as is where right wingers want to literally abandon it.

Trump doesn't want to spend more money on fighting ISIS unless it's to eliminate them instead of dragging it out for years ...
so he says to let the Russians deal with them.

Trump wants to spend money on infrastructure ...
construction used to be as much as 40% of the economy.
Trump says no one will be left to die in the street so he now says he'll try to preserve Obama care or at least force hospitals to accept all patients with or without insurance.

That's all center right stuff and personally although I'm against abortion, I can forgive women for many reasons they abort including horribly crippled fetuses like with no arms or legs or exposed brains due to extreme hair lip defect for examples.
Isn't that left of center?

PS:
Why can you say that Hillary is moderately right wing, but you can't say that Trump leans moderately left?
You probably where two left shoes Mog, that's why.

I agree up to a point. In the past, Trump professed to be quite the liberal, gave large sums of money to liberal candidates, supported most liberal causes and thought Republicans were stupid.

Now, to get cheap votes he appeals to the worst of us and incites and applauds violence like any cheap fascist does.

He stands for nothing. He is a terrible threat to our country and mustn't be allowed to become President and have whimsical, unstable power over me and my loved ones.

That said, he isn't anywhere near as dangerous as Cruz, who believes he has been anointed by God to become President so he may bring on Armageddon in Israel and war for us all. He scares me a LOT.

So, any Democrat is better than any Republican in this horrifying race. To me, Sanders speaks of a better country where the ultra wealthy no longer get every single thing to their advantage and some wealth flows back downhill to the common people. What we have now isn't working, obviously. People are losing ground all the time.

So yes, on one level, you're right, Trump MIGHT do some good things, but his record and current violent stance dash that hope.

Hillary is about where moderate Republicans were around the time of maybe, Reagan. She isn't what I think of when I think of a good Democratic candidate. She's sold out to the corporations and she changes her stance as often as Trump does, but it has a lot more impact, since she has been SoS and a Senator. I don't want her and Bill back in there, but if she wins the nomination I HAVE to vote for her. I can't take a Trump or Cruz tyranny period. I am too poor to survive what they would do to the economy.
