and now we've all had a nice gift from Moggy of a free month of membership . now FourthDimension needs to get his old pc working properly, Lod to makes sure he reads ALL the questions in 'Mogs 20 questions' in the games section of the forum ,before he asks a question .lol.
And Requiem needs to make a visit and see we are still live and kicking and thankful of it's existance .

I only say this because it gives an honest input to players feelings about the game ...I only play campaigns so I'm happy , but it must be fustrating to those who just want to join a duel or battle.

When the assistant coach reported the incident to Joe,
isn't that information then considered second hand information (hearsay evidence (unacceptable in a US court)) and so when Joe then reported that information to the campus chief of police, wasn't it then out of his hands and didn't he really do all that was required of him to do?

I think once he knew he had to spare no efforts to get rid of the guy, just reporting it and watching it go away was not enough action. It was his command, right?

years ago when I was still in construction, I found my old coach where he belonged administering the township dump from an outhouse sized office.

The man doesn't run the school and he did report the incident which he did not witness first hand ...
anyone by whom the law is known knows they're up against hearsay evidence and probably even the law would have their hands tied without two first hand witnesses.

I just did read the second link and was not aware of the bqckstory here, I had just heard a gloss of news items. Looks like he got screwed.

Whoa, he got posthumously disgraced and messed up his school's record to boot! I guess the courts decided he needed to be more actively involved than he was.

The man Joe Paterno, I understand reported the incident to the campus chief of police and I personally would have felt that I had done my duty if I were he.
