Just seen the pig,funny I saw one on fb yesterday ,the same kind of thing , apparently the reason they shot it ,their dogs kept disapearing ,it was because the pig was eating them.
I was expecting to see a dolphin.
Thats evolution if ever I saw it. give it 50 years ,whoevers still alive will see it on the news giant pigs very abundent . 200 years there will be no news, we will all have been eaten by pigs ,,,mark my words ,,the day will come.
If anyone wishes to talk here about something I will participate in ,it would be 'EVOLUTION' I find it interesting .We only hear about it on nature programs ,I never really understood it but here is my boring theory -

Mutations have been caused in life for ever caused by the sun radiation (and maybe other factors ,radioactivity in earth) these mutations can mean the difference between existance and extinctions.- this means a 'disabled' person say for example a blind person,could become a surviver when all else die . We all know that other senses become heightened when deprived of another ,and this could help them in a change in earths conditions. Another example- in a thousand years, earth could be dominated by nerdy people who just happen to have a gene that makes them immune to toxic industrial polution that just so happened to kill the rest of us ....uh...no .... I mean them..

Big animals like pigs will never be the cause of human extinction. They are too easy too kill. Very small ones on the other hand, thats where the danger lies.

Speaking of pigs, would we have the problems we have in the middle east today if God didn't order the genocide of the Canaanites or is that all a lot of hogwash?

My personal theory for future human evolution follows the plot of "Idiocracy" for the most part. I think we are observably about half way there already. Being eaten by pigs could become a big problem in this scenario.

Ever fewer will be needed in the working force. That will be the main problem in the future.

Mog once suggested that the *"Promised Land"* be moved to Vancouver Island.

if you're trying to be cute, your solution is as broad as it's long so to speak because you're still giving a value of existing land to the term: *"Promised Land"*;
whereas I'm assigning the term: *"Promised Land"* to a different location of land, that is, *Vancouver Island*.

As I understand it, I only suggested to change the name wheras Mog was taking on the task to move a whole slab of "Promised Land" to Vancouver Island.
Trying to be cute would be a futile endeavour. It's possibly 40-50 years since I could be called cute

Happy birthday for yesterday Lod , I dont normally say it on facebook because if you say it to one you have to say it to everyone . But as you always make a point of wishing everyone else a happy birthday here ,then it's only right some one does the same for you, and to show it is noticed and appreciated .
