I need to get two lvl 0 to be under 150?. So 1 of 0, another of 0, and me will average 125.

can we honestly field 40 players that will stick around? Maybe 25 to 30, but 40 players is a stretch, Chickie.

Besides, how many people would be on a team - because the odds of being close enough to coordinate attacks is astronomically against you.


If we had 10 players per team and fielded 4 teams that would be cool, otherwise, I don't think so.

As much as everyone would love to have this planning discussion for another month, could we possibly get this show on the road?

I will start the clan-merc game signup thread. I am assuming we are using the 20 player map and 4-5 clans will show interest. Could each clan field a team of 3 players (without regard for level)? Any interested mercs are also welcome to post if they are available.

Once we know who is interested AND has a slot available, we can figure out whether we want to do a max average, draft, or some other assignment method.

With all the newb bashing, none of the new players in their right mind is going to play.

With the mercs being picked from those on the sign up sheet instead of the clans going out and recruiting the players they want to represent them, we will just get the players that already have an interest in the clan games.

Are we afraid to bring in some new blood and make these clan games an everyday event. Does this really have to be an elite club thats not available to all players.

there are a couple of vets that have built up a distrust i guess of newbs because they are generally unreliable and don't stay around long but i'd say over all there are plenty of clans that would take in new players and have been. the main idea though is to keep everyone active and to have a good game and as i said new players tend to not stay active for long and havn't been around long enough to know the game and play well

i have to back you up though i really want clan wars to become more common and have more variety, even if playing newer clans doesn't get you much noteriety among the vets they'r still fun and it helps you get a better teamwork going in your clan and thats the point of it anyways

How much noteriety comes with losing to one of the aah newer clans?

haha form my expierience unless your beat one of the more tried and tested clans then it doesn't matter much your just beating newbs after all, i'd say if you can beat BoS of Coc then you'd get a lil bit of recognission though

ya , if you can beat one of those clans than you got ur bragin rights haha but most of these clans are evenly matched with there strong players and there weak, anything can happen and anyone can get lucky but.. face a clan known to kick ass and than you will be known as a force to be recon with

No campaign score limit for clan members!

Each team will have a different camp score limit for recruiting mercs...
Example ...545 minus the camp score of your highest rated CLAN MEMBER that is playing equals the maximum camp score you can recruit for your mercenaries.

Please remember we are trying to get some of the newer WOL members involved so they don't have to be spamking new but I do want to see some names other than vets please.

why don't we just let whoever gets added to the list join vets or newbs as long as they'll be there for the game? we don't need limits i don't think just assign the best mercs to the newest clan or we could let the clan with the lowest camp score pick first one merc and so on till everyones picked one and if we have people left over we can have another round if you get what i' m saying

With the clans out recruiting players for their team we might be able to get some new players invoved, for example I was trying to recruit Captain Mrogan for our team, now he has posted in the sign up sheet as a mercenary.

If we use the 25 player map thats 3 man teams or with coops 40 player map its 5 per team.
