vj121, if you would be so kind as to move out of that castle you are squatting in, we could really do some nice things for the neighborhood. We had some trails in the planning, waterfalls, concession stands, a theme park too! It'll be great, so if you could just mosey on out of there next turn, Neb and I would vastly appreciate it.

Awww, you guys are too kind. You were even nice enough to bring lots of horses and carriages to help me move.

vj121, of course we want to facilitate your rapid removal from our new place of residence, and keeping that in mind, we'd be ever so grateful if you would just take a quick march outside of those clammy ol' castle walls and allow us to escort you to the border. We have balloons and hot dogs for the kids! Nylons for the ladies and, for the menfolk, we have a special party game to play... I'll just hint that it is something like "pin the tail on the donkey".
