Next up is the Adjustment phase, where you get to make your builds. If you captured new supply centers(which everyone did) then you get to build new units. Please note that new units can only be built on your HOME supply centers. Get those build orders in quick, they shouldn''t take too long

Are we always only allowed to build on our home supply centers?

yep.

That sucks. What if you have 17 supply centers, but then lose your home ones. Do you not get to enjoy the remaining 14?

you keep all 14 units, but you won''t be able to build any new ones until you get a home center back. Things are pretty interesting when something like that happens.

There''s a diplo variant called Shift Around(its included in jDip) where all the powers start on someone else''s home centers, and they have to get one of their own before they can build any new units. Never played it, but it sounds like fun

EDIT: I posted this after Sage's accusation of a Russian/Turkish juggernaut in the west.

It is painfully obvious by Britain''s support of French attacks with its navy, that France and Britain are in an alliance of their own!
That so far is the ONLY co-operative maneuver done in all of 1901!

I offer Germany a token of friendship even though I am to far to help as it is clear that Britain and France are trying to divide this world in order to surround and gobble up Germany.

This recent accusation from France is from my simply noting that Russia is more than capable of defending itself in the north and obviously has no aggressive tendencies towards myself in the south.
France however has tried to insinuate that there is both an Italian/Austrian Alliance trying to destroy me and that Russia will inevitably plot my downfall and that I should breach the peace and strike now against Russia, thus assisting the insidious plot hatched by the war-mongering France and Britain.

I will state now for the record I have no intention of directly assisting France or Britain in the imperialist conquests of Europe.
