Req, what about the fact that, as an attacker you cant destroy towers? was that intended in your upgrade?

yeap,the bug is all posted at the bug forum
4 towers seems nice,a big advantage to the attacker
but no,there shouldnt be a drawbridge already built inside that castle
that`ll make player lost the strategy of fast attack

I was thinking how interesting the manuevering would be in a fierce battle to control a tower. It would add more strategy and be more realistic in my opinion. If you don't have a troop in the tower...you don't own it, basically a vacant tower. I like the thought.

yeap...it look nice outside-the tower
but the door is inside the castle for the tower
so,it should be owned by the owner instead
unless u moved into the castle and enter thru the inside door

It seems for whatever reason to be giving portions of everything you can possibly be training in your barracks at that moment, although the troops you don't have selected don't get the training bonuses from techs.

In regards to towers, those in a castle (or on castle tiles) whether original or built by the castle's owner should belong to whoever owns the castle. that way if the owner needed to build a tower on the edge of the castle, it wouldn't be a door where as the tower next it he actually owns. Also, I feel that it is important that all towers can be destroyed, just like walls. otherwise they could be used as walls

Here's a question:

With the tick based resource earnings, is it based on a specific percentage of your overall single turn earning potential, or is it a part equal to your single turn earning potential divided by the number of hours in a turn? I ask because I am in a slow game and I received an amount of resources last hour that if multiplied by the 24 hours in a turn is far higher that my listed single turn amount. I don't mind but I just thought that this might not be intentional.

and i think its the market tribute thingy
req seems to set the percentage of the other resources building but i think he forgotten to set the same thing for the market tribute
so u kinda actually get each turn of market tribute`s resources each tick

Maybe, but the numbers don't seem to reflect that. And also that wouldn't account for the gold numbers in any way.

Call me crazy but make it so someone takes over the tower like they would an empty mine..That way they can't take over you castle towers and it prevents castles from being just empty buildings.

- Added 2 more Outpost Range techs. All 3 techs increase Outpost range by +2 allowing range from 10 to 16 hexes.
- Increased default troop view range to 9.
- Added 3 new Troop View Range techs giving +1 view range each.

have some people who arent gettting troops in some barracks...Gyne i believe is not getting troops in some of her games...slow 18 and 26 i believe.is anyone else having bugs?

I like the new towers. It is only a castle weak point if the defender doesn't use them. I have assulted 2 castles sence the change and each missplayed and ignored the towers. They are not walls and should not be used as such. Now you can actualy "take the gate" as in real castle assults. Just becouse some players can't figure this out doesn't meen that there is something wrong with the game. As for the design of the castle I would like to be able to place the walls and towers as I like on turn 0. Thank you, Good game!
