| Posted : Thursday, 11 March 2004 - 00:02 Man, this game is going downhill FAST! What a way to ruin what was a good game. Please leave an option to play the OLD way as well. |

| Posted : Sunday, 11 April 2004 - 16:42 I'd just like to bump this post,I didnt want to start a thread abut it,Im not sure if it would be negative or not
I dont like the double trouble rules
I find myself trying to build another barracks inside one of my castle, basically trying to recreate the old rules...It just dosnt feel authentic enough either.Call me pedantic. But hey if everyone liked every rules change there'd be no point in having feedback eh! I was wondering if there was anyone else who agrees with me for whatever reason... |

| Posted : Wednesday, 12 May 2004 - 10:34 You'll have to move around on the map to see your other, non-"home" castle. Use the zoom feature on the pop-up menu at the bottom of the map. Move around by clicking and dragging, or use the arrow keys on your keyboard after clicking on the map. You'll see it! |

| Posted : Sunday, 6 June 2004 - 14:34 A small point, Req: There was a much earlier post about why maps changed to become more symmetrical instead of realistic - the justification that you gave for the change was, if I remember correctly, that it gave some players better starting positions, thus giving instant bonuses/handicaps and making the game unfair. Starting out with two random castles does this even more: If my two castles are close together and I decide to rush someone, he only really has a chance if his castles are close - otherwise, he loses. It also eliminates rushing as a strategy if ones castles are not close together: Why would I send my small army against possibly twice as many men in a castle? What you have done is make the starting positions much more important than before - reinstating exactly what you undid by changing the earlier maps. In conclusion, I will say that I do not like "double-trouble" mode because, while it does increase the game's pace, it destroys much of the starting balance that you have so far striven to maintain.
