Outstanding job! The size will take some getting used to, but overall it's a nice improvement.

How about some new graphics for the armies?

Well I just got home from visiting my parents, talk about ugh, and logged on expecting to find my games in dissaray. Imagine my suprise when this huge castle appears and All my troops look like halflings in compairison. sure I had over 30k gold, but I still can't beleive the change.

The only change to this would be the increasment of the units size by about 1/2 so you could see them better.

the same as all the accolades above...brilliant!. but, i do worry the new outposts or should we call them, "tiki huts", may distract my usually "on-guard" armies to indulge in pina coladas, chi-chi's, and the oh-so dangerous "hurricane". love the new graphics, cheers!

It'a a plus for artistic impresion and a minus for technical because i can't see the difference between some mines and already missed some gem pils in one game

The buildings are a bit big. This is because I wanted them to fill out the squares, so there would be no gaps between walls. This goes for towers as well. I wanted it to look like a real castle without gaps in the walls. By doing that, I had to make the buildings a certain height so they wouldn't look stupid.

I suggest that you use the "?" button. Should work nicely for spotting resource piles as well. A yellow one square is probably a pile of gold. I can't verify this, 'cos all piles are gone in my game, but I think it works.

Actually the buildings are better sized to the troops...the troop size doesn't need to be increased and what's wrong with the resource piles being alittle less in size..maybe your neighbor will miss something and you will get it!

dby, fantastic job with everything...the larger buildings add to the favor of the game..I have been able to 'hide' troops behind the towers, even when the enemies ballistas were in range..hehe...he didn't see them..I love it!!

hit the '?' button on the panel that appears when you move your mouse cursor to the bottom of the 'map-screen'.

all the buildings become flat, then.

i hope i could help you.
