My turn had been arriving at 9:00 am est for several turns and I hadn't had a problem with double hits as a result, but yesterday I took my turn a little late, that is, at about 9:36 am est;
However, I didn't think it would change the arrival time of my turn, yet apparently it did because at ~8:30 am est my units were ready to move.

Unfortunately though my opponent somehow took two turns before I took my next turn and this is definite because I had intended to wack his ram with my knight if it made a move to try to wack one of my barracks, yet it busted a wall unit at 382, 144 and then moved to 380, 141 where it also wacked my barracks before I moved my knight again.

I'm not accusing him of doing anything wrong because he just took his turns as he was able, but my question is did I cause the time of my turn to change by taking it at 9:36 am est and just how early could I have taken it, that is, was it available to take at 3:00 am est this morning?

PS:
In any event this feature of the game leaves me totally turned off to it ...
here I was looking forward to making a good defense of my castle and this flukey circumstance occurs again of my opponent hitting me twice with the same units before I take my turn.

TR, the rams hit the wall in yesterday's turn, and then hit the barracks in todays turn...remember, we just had a change of DST...when I logged in to see if that had affected the recharge, it apparently did...as my units were 'greened' and ready to go...don't know any other reason other than returning to regular time from Daylight Savings Time.

sugarleo,
you broke two wall units with that ram and I should have been able to move my knight after the second wall unit was broken before you broke the barracks ...

again, I'm not accusing you of taking more turns than you were entitled to take, but I don't know when I was able to take my turn and thats my question.

Okay though, you're attributing this to daylight saving time, but I'm still turned off to this game with this dumb feature.

OK, TR..what the f*$^ ever! I should know freak'n better to try and comment to anything you say, suggest or ask...You've always got a different story to what actually took place.

I'm done with ever being bothered by your stupidity, lies, lack of playing skill, excuses, constant attempts to gain sympathy or theories as to why the game seems always to handicap you in every circumstance.

You are no doubt the most pathetic player that's ever played this game or posted in the forums.

Your name wasn't mentioned by me until you posted here and I'm truly confused as to when my turn started.

This is the question thread if you're not aware of it
and if you're denying that you busted two wall units with your ram#2 in consecutive turns and then after busting my second wall unit you busted my barracks with your ram#2 before I moved my knight again, then everything you said to me above goes double to you.

It's all there, but someone else will have to interpret it ...
it does show his ram#2 attacked three of my structures, but someone else will have to explain when and that my knight attacked his ram#2 after it attacked my barracks when it should have been able to attack his ram#2 after it busted my second wall unit but wasn't able apparently because I wasn't online when it was able

And again, that's my question:
*WHEN WAS MY KNIGHT ABLE TO ATTACK HIS RAM#2 AFTER IT ATTACKED MY SECOND WALL UNIT?

I'm not exactly sure what the question is, but here is my interpretation of the attacks you posted:

On Wednesday, 3 Nov, sugar attacked your wall with his rams and took out one block. His move was almost 7 hours into the new turn.

On Thursday, 4 Nov, sugar attacked another wall unit and destroyed it, likely opening up a path into your castle or barracks area. His move was around 2.5 hours into the new turn or 4.5 hours earlier than the previous day (6 hours earlier being the limit).

On Friday, 5 Nov, sugar was through the walls and attacked the barracks with his ram and then with 2 other units to destroy the barracks. His move was only 17 minutes into the new turn or 2.25 hours earlier than his move on Thursday.

Also on Friday, 5 Nov, Your knight attacked his rams 36 minutes into the new turn or about 20 minutes after his attack on the barracks.

It would appear that you could have attacked him any time after 02:24 game time on the 4th, but would have been attacking from rubble. Since you didn't include your attacks on 4 Nov and we would have no way of knowing the last time your knights moved anyway, there is no definitive answer regarding why you couldn't/didn't attack before he hit the barracks.
Regards,
H.

Thanks Hwatta,
this was my last move with my knight:

Although you seem to understand the timing, I admittedly don't put all that much effort into the details and it's still vague to me, but I'm getting that I could have attacked sooner with my knight and again my reason for not was that I didn't know I was able to attack sooner.

If I had been moving at 9:00 am est, does daylight savings time mean I would have had to move at 8:00 am est?
It seems to me that the programming should have/could have auto-adjusted for daylight saving time allowing folks to take their turn still at the same time.

Again, my question is:
*WHEN WAS MY KNIGHT ABLE TO ATTACK HIS RAM#2 AFTER IT ATTACKED MY SECOND WALL UNIT?

PS:
I'm after a specific time that my turn started.

The data you posted for your knight is the same as in the earlier post above. It shows what time you did attack his ram after he broke through the wall for 2 days and destroyed the barracks. If your knight was standing around near the barracks within move range of the ram on the 4th of November, you could have attacked the rams at 02:25 game time (11:25am East Coast time that day). If you had to move the knights into position on the 4th to reach the rams for your attack on the 5th, then you could have attacked the rams at 00:01 game time (08:00am East Coast time now after the time change). So, either 22 and a half hours before he took down the barracks, or 16 minutes before he took down the barracks depending on the situation with the knights previous move.
Hope that clears it up,
H.

Well again, I come here to play a war strategy game not an arcade game or a time traveler game and so it's not completely clear except as I assumed that it seems that I missed an opportunity to move my knight earlier to possibly prevent my barracks being destroyed.

In other words as I've already stated and I didn't ever accuse that creep of making moves that he wasn't entitled to take, but he did make two attacks before I moved my knight again simply because I apparently missed an opportunity to move it.

You do understand the pointlessness of getting upset about this right? No one is maintaining this game, no one is reading these forums that can do anything and quite frankly the person who should care about this game does not.

At the end of the day you can get over it and just keep playing or sit here and complain. Either way I say this is a lesson learned for you. Check your troop movement earlier than you are used to by at least an hour and you might be surprised at what you find!

Yes UB,
that's the lesson I've learned by getting an answer to my question, but I'm also getting that it may be much more than an hour earlier that I need to take a peek;
However, the other option is to stop complaining and to stop playing also because like I've complained:
I don't like arcade games and I'm not very good at time traveling either.

PS:
Also UB,
my question got answered inspite of the AAA ridicule.

Plain and simple, Sugarleo caught you with a "double move". He was purposely timing his attack and his turns so that he would eventually get two hits in a row on you. By TR not logging in earlier to check his moves, he never did have a chance to hit Sugar's rams. Here's the order:

TR moves his knights.
Sugar moves his rams.
Sugar moves his rams.
TR moves knights...but the damage is done.

You'll full of it Neb....I simply logged in 20 minutes before TR did or he could have moved first! resulting in him having his turn before me.

You stating I was 'purposely timing' my attacks is totally false and baseless...you have no...absolutely no basis for making the accusation.
Anyone...and I repeat anyone can hit you twice if you don't log on in time to move first...jeez...this freak'n amazes me...

I work through the week and take my turns when I get on in the evening...come weekend, I can move when the turn allows....it's that simple.

With me it's the same as Sugar, except I'm retired , so it's basically what time did I get up ( Laff). Now, theoretically , a player could move 3 times as opposed to another player moving twice in the same sequence of turns , couldn't they ? I can't explain it for I don't quite understand it myself , but a person would have to religiously play by the clock to do so, and it eventually catches up with that player anyway ? I've been accused of purposely playing that option once or twice, and I've had it happen to me ( I'm pretty sure ), but nothing on a regular basis. It seems to be more of a happenstance ( archaic word ), rather than a carefully honed tactic .

Trotsky - You are only allowed one move per turn so that 3 for 2 move would not be possible.
Also I don't see what the whining is about - Move at the beginning at the turn and noone can make a "double move" on you , simple as that. Get in early one turn and late the next and chanses are the others moved twice while you were sleeping or whatever action you prefered to playing wol.
