I'm hoping to have it completed in the next week or so, which is why the current games have been extended.
Want to know about some of the changes? Take a look at the Development News page. I've added a few of the major things.

A quick update on that too...
I've just managed to get the Terrain system working.
Wanna have a sneak peak?
Check out waronline.net:82/game/maps/won_newtest.png
You'll have to copy the url and paste it into a new browser window.
It's basically the mini-map showing the terrain and players bases. Still more to come tho... Stay tuned. |

Terrain will now effect income, movement and ranged attacks.
eg. Mines will work well on mountains, but very poorly on plains. While Farms will work well on the plains but very poorly on mountains.
Also, moving through forests and mountains does take a movement penalty.
And you wont be able to use ranged attackers in Forest areas. |
