Ok, I think the restart problem is solved now.

I've changed the code so that whenever a players Base is gone (destroyed or removed), his entire kingdom is set to "Remove" status and loses ownership. The players armies are gone and the player is removed from the game.

So, when an inactive is removed, all their old buildings remain for 2 days as they are being automatically removed.

When a player restarts, their Base is removed and all their buildings are set to have no owner and also to be removed within 48 hours.

Destroying a players Base is also the same.

That should solve a major part of the Restart problem.
What does everyone think?

No more "Oh look i'm going to die. Lets restart so he cant get any of my buildings."

So i like it. It's going to help me out a lot in the next week or 2

Umm.. did you read what I wrote before Banshee's reply??

That is what solves the problem, and is why Banshee said no more of that problem...
