Hanky, that's very noble but also very unlikely to be held to, causing bad blood. Better to just let someone get it. Keeps them off of you while they're busy doing it, too!

There were two other players just as close to that castle as I was, I just got there firstest with the mostest 'cause I'm smart . I'm in a fight now, but I hope to move into your place soon, too.
