In the Military unit report screen, you can see how long it will be before each unit that has used all its moves can move again. (Albeit with a 30 minute error).

However, you units that have moved once and still have the second move/attack available, it just says "Yes" in the Ready column.

I have 3 suggestions:
1. Fix the time so it is accurate, not 30 minutes too long.
2. For part-moved units, display "Yes (hh:mm)" so you can see how long it will be before they can fully move again.
3. In the unit summary next to the map, display the ready time there as well.
