I save my special ingredients for my brownies *Giggles* But since we are talking about that i did look over my sourdough recipe and I do not know why but I use @ tablespoons of room temp beer 4 days in. Does your recipe do that? Cause a friend of mine does not and she likes mine better so there are different recipes. But I am sure they are all good Good Luck
Thats interesting harley ,it's all yeast at the end of the day.from my experience i think the smell of the fermentation would be about the same.that is without your special ingredients lol
