Psst, a duck's egg contains eukaryotic cells (not prokaryotic, as basically all non-bacterial cells are eukaryotic).

I realize that was a tough question to throw at you. I just wanted to clarify (and there will be no crying foul on my end).

Technically your question did say eukaryotic cells instead of cell. IF Mog was thinking of an unfertilized duck egg there would only be one eukaryotic cell and even fertilized if it had not undergone its first division yet.
