What do find is the most effective method for attacking? I'm finding a lot of people opt for Ballistas and Heavy Calv, I can understand why, Ballistas for the extra range on Marksmen, and Heavy Calv for their mobility and strength. Meanwhile pumping out mid level troops for whatever else they need. It also sometimes seems like it's better to wait to be attacked before you attack them.
