I set my macemen from defense to normal mode, and after half an hour within the same turn, it is now able to move full speed again. In fact, it show's about half an hour in the "ready" column in the military page before it was ready.

And in the my games page, on the "next turn" column, it shows ready now instead of the usual "hours to go before ready".

AND when i built a barrack, it seems that it takes about 24 hours to get it set instead of the "next turn". Don't think that's a bug...right? Nevertheless, it shows "ready in 7 ticks" instead of 0 or 1.
