Military Academy in a campaign still counting up until ready; at 11 tic to ready now.

Just built an outpost in campaign 30721 and was told it was under construction and would be ready in 0 ticks. Didn't get the view of my opponent's position as I'd hoped; however, it is supposedly 100% operational according to the info (1000/1000 health). When I check the buildings page it says I only have one outpost yet this is my second, and this single outpost has 200% average health. All a bit weird really.

seems my "ready in 11 tics" disapeared.

So that building works now; thanx

But, I'm leaving this open for a bit though, cause I've closed my "rubble" thread to fast twice now =)
