| Posted : Tuesday, 6 October 2009 - 12:12 Seems to be some major issues with timing of repair and building of new buildings. I hope Requiem can fix this fast as I can't use any techs from new buildings. |

example; I built a Military Academy today, I'm not really suppossed to get the extra army room unitll next tic right? |
