Scouts I believe move less than half the green phase for their orange or second phase.
PS: There are some movement specials involving assisted moves with some classes I think.

| Posted : Wednesday, 22 October 2008 - 13:23 You must understand that each unit gets to be used once per turn, but each unit has two phases of movement in a turn. You can move and attack immediately when the unit has a green flag, but you can only attack with a unit when it has an orange flag if there is an enemy unit adjacent to your unit with an orange flag.
Once you move the unit with the orange flag, it gets a red flag and cannot be used again until the next turn cycle.

| Posted : Wednesday, 22 October 2008 - 13:43 Again go to the Help link and look for the online manual ... in the manual under characters click on the various classes available and I think the Demonics have a feature where I think the Summoner gives a movement assist now.
You have to click on each unit link to see its special abilities. The Military link inside the control panel of the game you are playing also gives a lot of info on the units.
