Req my question` are

1 which building will you use , will it be the barracks we have now that can produce `four` pops per turn ( ie one per hex)if reasorces allow

and
2 iF so will the max points be enough to produce `four` stacks at one time

just this a good deff method if you have been invaded

Since you can save up points, you could eventually deploy 4 full stacks in 1 turn, but you'd need to have the resources and it would have to be lower level troops.

The ways things are being done is currently changing, don't freak out, don't start a ton of bug threads yet. It will be explained and bugs dealt with, but please be patient. Mr. Requiem is just one genius after all.

Same Here I had 15 Barricks fully upgraded with all of the training possible (master Armor, Ranged and siege) yet I had to spend over 400,000 (all of my mony) just to get a few back up and running. I had almost 350,000 before the change, so I know I did not get a goodf value for the previous upgrades,

That being said this is also the Proving grounds and I am not worried about getting my funds back. (Maybe I am being to Republican but I do not expect the Government (req in this case) to solve all of my problems.

Have you thought more about whether you'll make a tech that allows a person to deploy 5 pops or not?

I would also like to bump my suggestion about making 'supply' a more active part of the game, to help limit the exponential growth people can now achieve with the possibility for many extra barracks (use Military Academies to do so). I posted about it on the previous page.

-Biodus-

P.S. You could balance between the troop types by having basic troops use 1 army worth of supply, 2nd level troops use 1.5 armies worth of supply, and 3rd lvl troops use 2 armies worth of supply. Or some similar system w/ different numbers.

Biodus, do you mean something like food or upkeep?

I was actually going to look at changing the Military Acadamies to either be more expensive, or give less armies total. So you'd need more of them to have more armies, which of course uses more resources, taking away from deployment resources.

just messed around with the new system.

one thing come im my mind is we need more resorces or gold. stacks of ten cost alot and we were already going crazy for resorces b4....lol

or bring down the cost of troops.

I disagree. I think resource scarcity means better management of what you have. Throw too many resources out there, and it's an easy decision to deploy HC and Marks in mass quantities. As it is now, you can get HC, for a steep price, or maybe it would be better to have 6 stacks of scouts...decisions, decisions.

"decisions, decisions"... maybe that should be the new slogan!

Resource management should, if anything, be given more weight.
Maybe some more mines to fight over would be good for the game too, if resources were more hard to find. Also increase the reward for killing troops or buildings of the enemy.
