Had to just keep clicking "ok" ...
it was finally over-ridden by my system I guess, but at first my system was telling me to complete the task which was to click "ok".

it happenned to occur while I was typing my other question post.
It appeared as a message inside my map screen something like:
J Carousel this will cause an infinite loop with an *ok* button and sure enough, clicking ok just caused the message to briefly go away, but then immediately reoccur.
At first even trying to exit the internet gave me a:
please complete the task message.
PS:
There was also sound dialog in the background.
