i have a couple of questions about movement
and its effect on power....
Does a troop loose any power when it moves before attacking, as opposed to attacking from a Green Dot(fixed) position?
Does a Comm have more building/Takeover power with a green dot than with a yellow dot?
Does the amount of movement factor in?
EX: If a Scout moves 2 squares,
is it stronger than one that has just moved 8 squares?
Weaker than a Green dot Scout??

In order:
no. You can move and then attack at 100%, or move the extra 4 hexes.
no. No, same as before.
no. It's no different to attack green or yellow.
