The player who wins the most battle level points next month will receive a 60 day membership at Waronline! If you are already a member, you'll get an extension of 60 days. If you are a lifetime member, tough sheet. Second and third places will receive a 30 day membership.

Wow! Membership allows the player to join more games, host games with more options to choose from, have less ads (none on maps) and a cheery sense of pride on seeing the shiny shield next to your name on the Who's Online page.

Here's how it works. During March 2008 the player who raises his or her battle level the most points is the winner. This is to encourage new players to take advantage of the relative ease of gaining points while one's level is low.

To make it easier to administrate I think players should post here about their gains. To check claims on the player's history page at the end of the month is the ultimate arbiter. Duels and Campaigns are not part of this contest.

We hope to see a WHOLE lot of battles in March!

Just to be clear, Mog, are you talking about the change in a person's battle level or battle rank? "Rank points" seem ambiguous to me.

so I guess 105 will be my starting mark for March... my personal goal is to at least double that. lets see how it goes!

Biscuit, I mean battle level, as in how many points you have in your 000:000:000 (BDC), not relative battle rank compared to other players. It is about points won in battle, not how far up the ladder you go.

For instance, if Crazy Li achieves her goals, she will have gained 105 points in the month of March. That is the score that will be used to determine winners. She will also rise in rank, but that isn't relevant.

You guys are kind of crapping up the topic. You DO realize the winners will have to claim their prize by saying they are the highest point gainers? I'm sure not going to go through 300 sets of stats to look!

So, anybody made any gains? Not your losses, those don't count, just whether you are winning this or not!

I'm at 12 points.

My question is it overall gains or total gains? If it's overall then you can lose points in the contest. If it's total gains then any win counts towards the amount of points won and the loses don't matter.

Overall, not total. Your level is what we are looking at, so from what it was March 1st until March 31st. If you went from 100 to 150, you would have gained 50 points. That's the criterion.
