When ~A~ starts a "team" game, it is not necisarily the "clan-leader" that organized it.
Maybe you guys work differently, but this IS not a "real-life" military where you have to wait for your "political backing" to goto War. Any player on your team can talk to the other players and see if they have a campaign slot currently open (max 3 Campaigns) and if they do, it's up to you to talk them into joinnning you in a "team" game.
Of course, you WILL need a "supporting member" of WOL (the guys with a "shiled" beside thier names) to actually do the "physical" hosting of the game, but you only need one between the two teams, someone from the other team will be happy to host.
As an example; Bravo started a Clan game with Hell-Riseing, and that was before he became our leader; I (HEAT) also answered a challenge by another clan, and got the ball rolling on our side of things; by rallying enough members, and a host, for our game with Dog Soldiers.
Niether of these games were organized by a "Team Leader"; so really Vikingo, if you want in a "team" game, maybe you can try getting some troops behind you and putting out a challenge?
