| Posted : Wednesday, 15 October 2008 - 23:21 Go to PayPal.com and open an account. You use a bank account to enter and withdraw funds. It takes 3-5 business days to transfer from your bank account to your PayPal account.
If you want to also be able to recieve funds to your account you should get the (free) premium account rather than the basic account which is for paying only I think.
Once you have some money in your account you can send it to anyone who has a PayPal account. As for the mobile account payments, I don't know what name or number you use there, but I'm sure Requiem will tell us. |

You just need a paypal account, and register your mobile phone with it. check the site tho for more info. |
