No Native and it was a comedy, i beleive that was my one clue 
no biscut and its hard to say wether its real or not, it is a cratoon but could be real.

No biscut it isnt inspector gadget, i guess thats close to real, it was a based on 1 charcter.

no mog it isnt superman and it is an american made movie
no neb is wasnt southpark, very good guess though, and i dont think scooby doo is on there.
No martin wasnt toy stor, not sure if thas a cartoon more of an animation. it was screened after 2004, it is realitivly new, so is the tv series.
