I am still barely in Campaign 13273. I got put in a position where I couldn't get at anyone for about 40 turns due to ongoing battles all around me. I did save up my troops, and outfitted them with a ton of battle techs, but when the time came, it just wasn't enough to hold off my new attacker, who just ran right over me!

I guess the next time I'm not going to let other's battles stop me from going in and getting some points and resources whilst they are busy... because playing nice seems to be for suckers.

When faced with overwhelming odds I tend to attack just to get anything!

He was pretty far away. I decided to build up, which was a mistake. I suppose I should have taken on his castle, but it getting tiresome to fight people who just won't leave the warm security of their castle, with its heightened defenses. Especially when it takes multiple turns to react to what they are building.

I think I have done better over the years just attacking fast, but this time I decided it wasn't worth it. I was going after Nyte Fyre but LOD scooped me by one turn. I keep getting paired with ultra masters, too, not the beginners.
