How much should the Rock Paper Scissors bonus be?
The current value is 30%.
This means, if a Spearmen hits Scouts (spearmen beat scouts), then...
Spearmen do +30% damage = 130% damage.
Scouts do -30% damage = 70% damage.
Given the new troop balance coming soon (non-linear), each troop in a level will be more equal meaning the RPS will have more effect.
So what should the % bonus be?
